A Supporting Character is one that is capable of accompanying one of the three player characters. Each player may have up to two supporting characters at a time.
Aimee works best in conjunction with supporting characters, but Erroll tends to be best without them. Sylvain can work either with or without them, and will perform better with or without depending upon the scenario. A character's leadership stat reflects his ability to work in conjunction with supporting characters, whose compliance stat denotes the ease of the character to work with.
List of Supporting Characters appearing in The National Service JournalEdit
In addition to having the fewest supporting characters, Erroll de Wardes outclasses them all individually. His base strength and magic stats are identical to those of Lughaidh and Laura, respectively, but his growth rates are slightly higher, though he is generally slower than any of them. He also has a low leadership ranking, often causing his supporting characters (other than Laura, who does not follow his orders anyway) to become confused and inneffectual.
